Hello, I’m Chantelle….

Virtual Assistant, wife, mum and organisation enthusiast.

I am a mum to my beautiful daughter, wife to her father and fur mum to two funny cats.

I had the usual 9-5 job and I didn’t mind it, it suited me and my family. Then COVID hit and all of our worlds changed. Everyone had to be at home more and I realised how much I loved being there for my family. So we took a big risk and I quit my job and started my business. At the beginning I threw everything into it and it paid off! I now help some amazing clients, while also having great family days and being there when everybody needs me.

Experience

I have a Diploma in Event Management and over 10 years’ experience in administrative roles. I’ve worked as an Executive Assistant to a high-level government manager and have also worked as an Event Manager, where I organised events for high profile clients such as the Prime Minister of Australia and the CEO of Microsoft.

I have worked in the hospitality, corporate, not-for-profit and private industry and now I am a Virtual Assistant, running my own small business.

Whilst my career path has changed over time, my work ethic and dedication to helping others has not.

Being a virtual assistant and small business owner myself now, I know how important it is to have someone you trust and who cares about your business as much as you do. That’s why I only take on a limited number of new clients to ensure each task and project receives the time and attention it deserves.

Hello, I’m Jacob….

Father, husband, business support professional.

After over 12 years of experience working across IT, audit, public policy, project management, finance and most recently business administration, I have gone all in on the family business here at Agile Admin.  In the words of Jim Carrey: “You can fail at what you don’t want, so you might as well take a chance on doing what you love.”

Experience

I graduated with honors from the University of Wollongong with a Degree in Commerce (Dean’s Scholars), where I majored in Accountancy and Economics, with a minor in Business Law.

I have worked across the education, public and private sectors with great success, and am always on the lookout for new skills or ways of working which I can use to help those around me.
